Very convenient tool which helped improve endurance quite a bit
When my son asked me to buy this product, I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical. I thought it would be another one of those gadgets he uses once and then forgets about. But this was nothing like that. He plays youth soccer, and cardio has always been his biggest challenge. He started wearing the trainer while practicing at home even while playing video games.
